Demountable partitioning. The Tenant shall not install, alter or remove demountable partitioning in the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
Demountable partitioning. The Tenant may install, alter or remove demountable partitioning in the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord provided always that the Tenant shall remove such partitioning and reinstate the Premises at the end or earlier determination of the Lease.
Demountable partitioning. The Tenant shall not install, alter or remove demountable partitioning in the Premises without having first notified the Landlord of such works.
Demountable partitioning. The Tenant may install, alter or remove demountable partitioning raised floors and suspended ceilings and carry out associated minor alterations to mechanical and electrical services which do not involve any works to or affecting any structural parts of the Premises (other than simple affixation) or which do not materially adversely affect the operation of any of the mechanical, electrical, sanitary, heating, ventilating, life safety, air-conditioning or other service systems within the Premises or within the Building and which do not block-up or obstruct any windows of the Premises without having to obtain the Landlord's consent but the Tenant shall:- 13.4.1 comply with all statutory requirements applicable to the works being carried out; and 13.4.2 supply the Landlord on demand (but not more frequently than four times in each calendar year) with a set of plans showing the layout and detailing works carried out under this clause 13.4

  • Toilets Papers, dust, cobwebs, peels, cans/bottles, cigarette butts, excrement on floor, bad smells, water pools, leaking sewage, rodents, animals (dead or alive), overflowing sanitary bins. 0 = NOT APPLICABLE 1 = UNACCEPTABLE (Toilets out of order.   • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner. The installation or use of fences which have the effect of preventing wildlife access and use of the Easement Area are prohibited on the Easement Area, easement boundary, or on the Landowner’s land that is immediately adjacent to, and functionally related to, the Easement Area.

  • Landscaping The Owner will, before its plan of subdivision is released for registration, pay to the Town in lieu of planting any trees on the public streets within the plan, the amount shown for the purpose upon Schedule “J”.

  • Walls 12 Developer shall provide rustication patterns on all walls, except drainage headwalls, in Aesthetic 13 Area 3 in accordance with Exhibit L2.24 of the LAADCR. The final designs shall resemble these 14 simulations.
