Common use of Denial of Grievance Clause in Contracts

Failure by the building principal, site administrator, or designated administrative supervisor, superintendent, school board or its representative to issue a decision within the time periods provided herein shall constitute a denial of the grievance and the educational support professional may appeal it to the next level.
