Common use of Departmental Liaison Officer allowance Clause in Contracts

Departmental Liaison Officer allowance. 33.1 An employee who performs the duties of Departmental Liaison Officer, and attends for duty at the Office of a Minister for the ordinary hours of duty on a day, is entitled, in respect of that day, to be paid an allowance at the annual rate of $18687 (and $19061 from 21 June 2012, $19252 from 3 January 2013 and $19637 from 20 June 2013).

Departmental Liaison Officer allowance. 33.1 22.1. An employee who performs the duties of Departmental Liaison Officer, and attends for duty at the Office of a Minister for the ordinary hours of duty on a day, is entitled, in respect of that day, to be paid an allowance allowance, at the annual rate of $18687 15350 (and $19061 15734 from 21 June 20121/7/2007, $19252 16049 from 3 January 2013 1/1/2008 and $19637 16851 from 20 June 20131/7/2008).

An employee who performs the duties of Departmental Liaison Officer, Officer (DLO) and attends for duty at the Office office of a Minister or Parliamentary Secretary /Assistant Minister for the whole of the ordinary hours of duty on a day, is entitled, in respect of that day, to be paid an annual allowance at the annual for each day of attendance, in lieu of overtime. The rate of allowance is as follows: $18687 (and 24,540 per annum $19061 from 21 June 2012, 25,473 per annum $19252 from 3 January 2013 and $19637 from 20 June 2013).26,339 per annum
