Recovery of Debts. The Bank and any manager or officer of the Bank or of any branch irrevocably empowered to receive all Debts and on payment to give an effectual discharge therefor and on non-payment to take (if the Bank in its sole discretion so decides) all steps and proceedings either in the name of the Company or in the name of the Bank for the recovery thereof and also to agree accounts and to make allowances and to give time to any surety. The Bank shall have no liability or responsibility of any kind to the Company arising out of the exercise or non-exercise of such rights and shall not be obliged to make any enquiry as to the sufficiency of any sums received by it in respect of any Debts or to make any claims or take any other action to collect or enforce the same.
