Dependant Adult. Any person who is dependent on the Insured Person and for whom the Insured Person is in receipt of a carer’s or attendance benefit from the state.

The Employer may not adopt or enforce any policy that counts the use of paid sick leave time as an absence that may lead to or result in disciplinary action for an authorized purpose. The Employer may not discriminate or retaliate against an employee for the use of paid sick leave for an authorized purpose.

  • Other Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such of the Company’s other fringe benefits as are being provided to other Executives of the Company on the Senior Executive Team.
