Deputy Superintendent or Designee. If the grievance is unsettled at Step 2, the aggrieved person, with or without Union representation, may present the grievance to the Deputy Superintendent or his/her designee within 7 calendar days of the Step 2 answer or the date the answer is due. Within 7 calendar days of the date of filing, this administrator shall meet with the employee and with Union representation if desired. This administrator shall respond in writing within 14 calendar days of the filing.
