Derogatory Information. 3.3.1 Information of a derogatory nature shall not be made part of the personnel file until the member is given notice and an opportunity to review the information and afforded (10) ten workdays from the date of review in which to respond to such derogatory information. The member’s response shall be attached to the derogatory information and become part of the member’s personnel file. Such review shall take place during normal working hours, and the unit member shall be released from duty for this purpose without salary deduction.
