RECOGNITION AND SCOPE 1.01 The Company agrees to recognize the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for employees covered by this Agreement. 1.02 This Agreement shall apply to all Craft and Services employees of the Company covered by the certification order of The Canada Labour Relations Board dated May 28, 1976. Object and Scope of the Agreement The competent authorities of the Contracting Parties shall provide assistance through exchange of information that is foreseeably relevant to the administration and enforcement of the domestic laws of the Contracting Parties concerning taxes covered by this Agreement. GRANT AND SCOPE OF LICENCE 1.1 In consideration of payment by you of the agreed licence fee and you agreeing to abide by the terms of this Licence, we grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the Software and the Documents in the UK on the terms of this Licence.
