DESCRIPTION OF RECORD DOCUMENTS. The record document is the written, ------------------------------- printed, and drawn (including in electronic form) presentation of factual information on the completed Project, defining what, how, and where Construction Work was installed, together with any other relevant information, including without limitation two sets of electronic media of all drawings and specifications developed by CONTRACTOR or any subcontractor or vendor. The purpose of record documents is to provide factual information which will facilitate COMPANY'S future use, service, modification, and/or replacement of completed Construction Work, and which complements information furnished under Operation and Maintenance Data (defined in Section 29.1). CONTRACTOR must ------------- submit record documents to COMPANY for review and approval prior to the covering of any Construction Work. Such approval by COMPANY will constitute acceptance of the record documents with respect to such covered Construction Work.

  • Location of Records The offices where the initial Servicer keeps all of its records relating to the servicing of the Pool Receivables are located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000.

  • Form of Records Any records maintained by the Company in the regular course of its business, including its Securities ledger, books of account and minute books, may be kept on, or be in the form of, punch cards, magnetic tape or disk, photographs, microphotographs or any other information storage device, provided that the records so kept can be converted into clearly legible form within a reasonable time. The Company shall so convert any records so kept upon the request of any person entitled to inspect the same.

  • Establishment of Record Dates The Trustees may close the Share transfer books of the Trust for a period not exceeding one hundred twenty (120) days preceding the date of any meeting of Shareholders, or the date for the payment of any dividends or other distributions, or the date for the allotment of rights, or the date when any change or conversion or exchange of Shares shall go into effect; or in lieu of closing the stock transfer books as aforesaid, the Trustees may fix in advance a date, not exceeding one hundred twenty (120) days preceding the date of any meeting of Shareholders, or the date for payment of any dividend or other distribution, or the date for the allotment of rights, or the date when any change or conversion or exchange of Shares shall go into effect, as a record date for the determination of the Shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, any such meeting, or entitled to receive payment of any such dividend or other distribution, or to any such allotment of rights, or to exercise the rights in respect of any such change, conversion or exchange of Shares, and in such case such Shareholders and only such Shareholders as shall be Shareholders of record on the date so fixed shall be entitled to such notice of, and to vote at, such meeting, or to receive payment of such dividend or other distribution, or to receive such allotment or rights, or to exercise such rights, as the case may be, notwithstanding any transfer of any Shares on the books of the Trust after any such record date fixed as aforesaid.

  • Places of Business and Locations of Records The principal places of business and chief executive office of such Seller Party and the offices where it keeps all of its Records are located at the address(es) listed on Exhibit III or such other locations of which the Agent has been notified in accordance with Section 7.2(a) in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 14.4(a) has been taken and completed. Seller's Federal Employer Identification Number is correctly set forth on Exhibit III.

  • Notice of Completion; Copy of Record Set of Plans Within twenty (20) days after completion of construction of the Improvements, Tenant shall cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the Building is located in accordance with Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and shall furnish a copy thereof to Landlord upon such recordation. If Tenant fails to do so, Landlord may execute and file the same as Tenant’s agent for such purpose, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. At the conclusion of construction, (i) Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of as-built drawings are true and correct, which certification shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease, and (C) to deliver to Landlord two (2) sets of copies of such record set of drawings within one hundred twenty (120) days following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises, and (ii) Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of all warranties, guaranties, and operating manuals and information relating to the improvements, equipment, and systems in the Premises.

  • Inspection of Records Upon reasonable notice to the Administrative Trustees and the Property Trustee, the records of the Trust shall be open to inspection by Securityholders during normal business hours for any purpose reasonably related to such Securityholder's interest as a Securityholder.
