Description of the Service. 27.1.1 Banking service – “Ti-BOT” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) shall mean performance of banking operations/transactions by a client in Georgian language, on the basis of the criteria and in accordance with the terms and conditions determined by the Bank, through the Messenger program, in accordance with the client’s instruction sent to the Bank. 27.1.2 The Bank shall have the right to unilaterally impose limitations/restrictions on the banking operations performed through the Service with the purpose of risk reduction.
