A Digital Card. 12.6.1 Digital Card Services refer to banking transactions performed by the Client with a virtual VISA card (hereinafter referred to as the “Digital Card”) via the Bank’s remote channel(s) (including internet banking/ mobile banking). By adding a digital card to TBC Wallet / Apple Pay, the Client will be able to make payments at POS terminal(s) and/or withdraw cash at ATM(s) that support Apple Pay within set limits. Furthermore, when abroad, the Client will be able to withdraw cash by means of a Digital Card only at ATM(s) that support Apply Pay. 12.6.2 Existing clients can apply for and activate a Digital Card in their existing card account (or open a new card account where to activate A Digital Card) remotely via internet banking and/or mobile banking and/or via channel(s) specified by the Bank. 12.6.3 A Digital Card can be used for a period of time (the validity period) indicated in remote channels that support a Digital Card (including internet banking / mobile banking).   • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • The Card (a) The Card shall be used by the Cardholder and any additional Card shall be used by the Authorized Cardholder exclusively and always within the limits of the balance available in the Card Account and/or the credit limit approved by the Bank and notified to the Cardholder and/or the holder of the Card Account from time to time in a manner the Bank deems appropriate, subject to the provisions of paragraph 15. It is understood that the initial limit will be notified to the Cardholder upon delivery of the Card. In case the Cardholder wishes to have a lower limit or a higher limit he should notify the Bank accordingly. (b) The Cardholder and, where applicable, the Authorized Cardholder is not entitled to use the Card or the additional Card, respectively, in excess of the limit which is mentioned above. If, however, for any reason the Cardholder and/or the Authorized Cardholder exceeds such limits, the Cardholder and/or the holder of the Card Account and/or the Authorized Cardholder undertakes to settle the unauthorized overdraft plus interest and/or any other charges, immediately upon the Bank's request, subject to the provisions of any applicable law and in accordance with the operating terms of the abovementioned Card Account and the Cards Terms and Conditions. (c) The Card is the property of the Bank. The Cardholder must return his Card and any additional Card to the Bank on demand. The Bank may from time to time issue new Cards of a type different to the one the Cardholder applied for, in parallel and/or to replace the existing ones. The signature of the application form and of this Agreement for the issuance of a Card shall be deemed as an application of the Cardholder for the issuance of any new Cards to the Cardholder and the Authorized Cardholder, where applicable, as explained above. If the type of Card changes, the number of the Card and, where applicable, the number of the Card Account may also change. If the Cardholder and/or the holder of the Card Account does not agree with such change, the Agreement may be terminated according to paragraph 11 below, without any charge. (d) The Cardholder and/or the Authorized Cardholder should use the Card and/or the additional Card, respectively, only during the validity period shown on it. (e) Unless otherwise provided in these Cards Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder and/or the holder of the Card Account are liable to the Bank for all Transactions that incur from the use of the Card and irrevocably authorize the Bank to settle all Transactions by debiting the Card Account. Where applicable, and in accordance to any applicable law, the Authorized Cardholder may also be liable for his acts and omissions. (f) In the context of offering a better quality of service to the Bank’s customers, the Contactless Payments service is provided, in order to render Transactions faster and easier. During the use of this service, the Card does not come into direct contact with the terminal. For Transactions below a certain amount, which remains in restricted levels for security purposes, there is no need to enter a PIN or signature. (g) The Card must not be used to obtain goods, tickets or services for resale in the course of a business or return for cash. (h) When using the Card, the Cardholder and the Authorized Cardholder must comply with all applicable laws. (i) The Card must not be used for illegal purposes.

  • Credit Card If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be prompted to provide your credit card information and will be presented with a screen that reflects the amount of your subscription, the amount of fees that would be charged by the credit card issuer for the transaction and the total amount payable.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service. 2.3.2 BellSouth shall make available the following UDLs, subject to restrictions set forth herein:

  • Debit Card If approved, you may use your Visa® card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. However, you may not use your card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your share draft account. For ATM and one-time debit card transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges.

  • Network Management 56.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement. 56.2 The Parties will employ characteristics and methods of operation that will not interfere with or impair the Parties’ networks, or the network of any third parties or Affiliated companies, connected with or involved directly in the network or facilities of CenturyLink. 56.3 CLEC shall not interfere with or impair service over any circuits, facilities or equipment of CenturyLink, its Affiliated companies, or its connecting and concurring carriers. 56.4 If CLEC causes any impairment or interference, CenturyLink shall promptly notify CLEC of the nature and location of the problem and that, unless promptly rectified, a temporary discontinuance of the use of any circuit, facility or equipment may be required. The Parties agree to work together to attempt to promptly resolve the impairment or interference. If CLEC is unable to promptly remedy, then CenturyLink may, at its option, temporarily discontinue the use of the affected circuit, facility or equipment until the impairment is remedied. 56.5 Any violation of Applicable Law or regulation regarding the invasion of privacy of any communications carried over CenturyLink’s facilities, or that creates hazards to the employees of CenturyLink or to the public, is also considered an impairment of service. 56.6 CenturyLink shall give advanced notice to CLEC of all non-scheduled maintenance or other planned network activities to be performed by CenturyLink on any Network Element, including any hardware, equipment, software, or system, providing service functionality of which CLEC has advised CenturyLink may potentially impact CLEC End Users. 56.7 The Parties shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with 47 C.F.R. §§51.325 through 51.335. CenturyLink may discontinue any Interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. CenturyLink agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers which may result from such discontinuance of service.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Digital Health The HSP agrees to: (a) assist the LHIN to implement provincial Digital Health priorities for 2017-18 and thereafter in accordance with the Accountability Agreement, as may be amended or replaced from time to time; (b) comply with any technical and information management standards, including those related to data, architecture, technology, privacy and security set for health service providers by MOHLTC or the LHIN within the timeframes set by MOHLTC or the LHIN as the case may be; (c) implement and use the approved provincial Digital Health solutions identified in the LHIN Digital Health plan; (d) implement technology solutions that are compatible or interoperable with the provincial blueprint and with the LHIN Cluster Digital Health plan; and (e) include in its annual Planning Submissions, plans for achieving Digital Health priority initiatives.
