The Building Improvements shall be constructed pursuant to the Design Build Contract and will be subject to a detailed line item construction budget that does not exceed the line item of the Approved Total Project Budget for construction of the Building Improvements, but that also includes a construction contingency to be maintained with respect to the Building Construction Costs (the “Construction Budget”).
