Design-Build Contract. This executed Design-Build Contract between District and Design-Builder.
Design-Build Contract. Design-Build Contract. The documents between the City and the Principal identified as the Contract Documents in that certain first above-mentioned Design Build Construction Agreement, including all changes, Addenda and modifications thereto.
Design-Build Contract. A contract for the combined design and construction of a Project.
Design-Build Contract. If a bridging design-build project delivery method is employed for any Phase, then the Construction Agreement shall be incorporate the provisions of Exhibit E hereof, with such modifications as necessary to reflect the design-build relationship, as direct covenants of Contractor to Developer. In addition, the Construction Agreement shall provide that Developer and the County shall have the right to approve the principal design architect hired by Contractor, such approval of either party not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Design-Build Contract. Lead Developer may procure more than one Design-Build Contract and contractor, provided that the Infrastructure Facility is designed and built by a single design-build contractor pursuant to a single Design-Build Contract, and provided Lead Developer takes responsibility for all integration and interface risks resulting from the use of more than one Design-Build Contract and contractor. The Design-Build Contract must incorporate the 100% Schematic Design Package described in Appendix B-2 to the extent approved by City at Performance Milestone 28, be subject to the applicable requirements of the Project Agreement and the HCC Agreement, as applicable, incorporate the applicable requirements set forth in Appendix M, and, except as otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties, incorporate the Technical Requirements applicable to the work to be performed under the Design-Build Contract. No Development Team Member or its Affiliates can submit a bid for the Design-Build Contract; provided, however, that IBI Group, A California Partnership and Y.A. studio can each be a subcontractor to any entity that submits a Design-Build Contract bid.
Design-Build Contract or D/B Contract is defined as the documents that are used by Authority to contract with the D/B Contractor to design, build, fabricate, install, and prepare for operations the facilities and systems necessary to operate the Project as specified in the documents, and to demonstrate the operability of the Project through the period of pre-revenue operations.
