If the Preconstruction Phase Services are being rendered simultaneously with Construction Phase Services, each monthly invoice shall include a pro rata portion of the Design-Builder’s fee based on the preliminary progress schedule and the actual costs of the Construction Overhead Costs actually incurred. As the schedule is adjusted, each subsequent invoice will be adjusted to provide for the allocation of the Fee throughout the life of the Project.
