Designated Paid Holiday. (a) An employee who is required to work on a designated paid holiday shall be compensated for hours worked at the rate of time and one-half (1½T) for the first fourfour (4) hours and double time (2T) thereafter. This is in addition to the holiday pay provided for in Article 36.01(a). (b) An employee who is required to work on a designated paid holiday following a day of rest on which they also worked and received overtime in accordance with Article 29.04, shall be compensated for hours worked at the rate of double time (2T) for all time worked. This is in addition to the holiday pay provided for in Section 36.01(a).
