The City and the Contractor resolve to keep the same key personnel assigned to this engagement throughout its term. In the event that it becomes necessary for the Contractor to replace any key personnel, the replacement will be an individual having equivalent experience and competence in executing projects such as the one described herein. Additionally, the Contractor will promptly notify the City Contract Manager and obtain approval for the replacement. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Establishment of a Free Trade Area The Parties to this Agreement, consistent with Article XXIV of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 (GATT 1994) and Article V of the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS), hereby establish a free trade area.

Amendment Relating to Transfers to Disqualified Organizations Xxxxxx Xxx and the Trustee may, without the consent of any Holders of the Certificates, upon notice to the Holders of the Residual Certificates, notwithstanding any provisions hereof to the contrary, amend this Trust Agreement in such manner as Xxxxxx Mae may direct; provided, however, that any such amendment shall be limited to such matters as, in the judgment of Xxxxxx Xxx, based upon the written advice of its tax counsel, are reasonably necessary (i) to ensure that the record ownership of, or any beneficial interest in, any Residual Certificate is not transferred, directly or indirectly, to a Disqualified Organization; and (ii) to provide for a means to compel the transfer of any Residual Certificate which is held by a Disqualified Organization to a Holder which is not a Disqualified Organization.

Enrolled Nurse (With Notation Pay point 1 (a) Pay point 1 refers to the pay point to which an enrolled nurse (EN) has been appointed. (b) An employee will be appointed based on training and experience including: having satisfactorily completed a hospital based course of training in nursing of not more than 12 months duration leading to enrolment as an EN; or having satisfactorily completed a course of training of 12 months duration in a specified branch of nursing leading to enrolment on a register or roll maintained by a state/territory nurses registration board; and having practical experience of up to but not more than 12 months in the provision of nursing care and/or services, and, the undertaking of in-service training, subject to its provision by the employing agency, from time to time. Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
Contractor Designation of Trade Secrets or Otherwise Confidential Information If the Contractor considers any portion of materials to be trade secret under section 688.002 or 812.081, F.S., or otherwise confidential under Florida or federal law, the Contractor must clearly designate that portion of the materials as trade secret or otherwise confidential when submitted to the Department. The Contractor will be responsible for responding to and resolving all claims for access to Contract-related materials it has designated trade secret or otherwise confidential.
