Vacancy Notices. A.1 All buildings owned, operated or staffed by the LaBrae Local School District shall be posted with “vacancy notices” in an open area accessible to all employees’ check-in building. When a vacancy which the Board decides to fill occurs due to retirement, death, promotion or creation of a new position, a “vacancy notice” shall be posted within five (5) working days, for five (5) work days. Employees going on vacation shall fill out a form at the Treasurer’s office (original to Treasurer with copies to employee, Superintendent, Local President) if they wish to bid on a vacancy while on vacation.
A.2 No vacancy or new positions within the bargaining unit will be filled by hire, transfer or promotion, until such vacancy has been posted for a period of five (5) work days and present employees have the opportunity to apply for such positions, in accordance with Article VI.
A.3 “Vacancy notices” posted during the summer shall be sent to all employees.
Vacancy Notices. As soon as known, the District shall post all non-temporary teaching staff openings as a district e-mail to staff and on the District’s website.
Vacancy Notices. The Superintendent or designee shall have posted prior to advertisement outside the district, a notice of all certified/extra duty vacancies or new teaching positions as they occur. It will be advertised via a written posting in the teacher’s workroom at each building, and in the district office at least one (1) week prior to public listing. A copy will be provided to the SRVTA President at the time of posting. During a school holiday or summer vacation this posting shall be mailed to all bargaining unit members.

Vacancy Notices. A. The ADMINISTRATION will post a list of all vacancies daily on the DISTRICT website. No vacancy will be filled before it is posted. Posting of the vacancy must be accomplished five (5) school days prior to the filing of such vacancy except in areas of demonstrated needs.
B. When a job is filled and the Employee awarded that position declines the position, the ADMINISTRATION has the option to award the position to their second choice, repost the position or interview other candidates that expressed an interest, however were not interviewed initially.

Designation of a posted position as a house float position satisfies the unit identification requirement. Charge nurse positions shall be posted and bid upon in accordance with this article.

Vacancy Notices. The Company will post all Flight Attendant vacancies. Each such vacancy will include: (1) a posting date; (2) a closing date, which will be no sooner than six (6) business days after the posting date; (3) an award notification date, which will be no later than five (5) business days after the closing date; and (4) the aircraft fleet.
Vacancy Notices. 1. The Cooperative will post all open positions on their website, and notify the Association President. The posting information will include the assigned Program Coordinator and the program/building location. All vacancy notices shall be electronically mailed to the Association President at such time as the notice is made public.
2. Whenever a new opening or vacancy in an existing position occurs in a building, any qualified currently employed paraprofessional who applies for the position shall be given consideration. If qualifications are equal between two or more paraprofessionals, then seniority shall determine placement with the most senior applicant receiving consideration.
Vacancy Notices. 1. When a teaching vacancy arises within the district during the school year, all licensed employees will be notified by an electronic posting and e-mail message.
2. Any licensed personnel, wishing to be notified during the summer of a vacancy for which she/he is qualified, will sign a notification form and return it to the Administration Office when summer addresses are returned.
3. The administration reserves the right to give such notification to qualified non-renewed employees first, in the event that non-renewal has been caused by staff reduction, lack of money, etc. If the qualified and licensed non-renewed employee is not interested in the vacancy, the above procedure will be followed.
