Designation of Contact Person. Each Participating Manufacturer that has Outdoor Advertising or Transit Advertisements advertising Tobacco Products within a Settling State shall, within 10 days after the MSA Execution Date, provide the Attorney General of such Settling State with the name of a contact person to whom the Settling State may direct inquiries during the time such Outdoor Advertising and Transit Advertisements are being eliminated, and from whom the Settling State may obtain periodic reports as to the progress of their elimination.
Designation of Contact Person. The Buyer and DuPont shall each designate an individual to act as the primary contact person with respect to the consultations and other communications to be engaged in hereunder (each, a “Contact Person”). The Contact Person designated by DuPont shall act on behalf of DuPont and RAC. All communications between the parties hereto relating to the matters described herein shall be addressed to the applicable Contact Person.
Designation of Contact Person. Upon commencement of this Agreement, BI and VERSARTIS shall each appoint a contact person (“Contact Person”) who shall be the primary contact person for all queries of the respective other Party with regards to day-to-day matters and issues under this Agreement, including communication of all instructions and information concerning the activities under this Agreement to the other Party. If needed, the applicable Party shall appoint a substitute for its Contact Person. Each Party will use reasonable efforts to provide the other Party with [*] days prior written notice of any change in such Party’s Contact Person. The current Contact Persons of the Parties (and their substitutes) are set forth in Appendix 6 attached hereto, which may be amended from time to time by the applicable Party if it changes its Contact Person.
Designation of Contact Person. Tenant shall, at all times during the Term, designate one individual as a contact person (“Contact Person”) who shall be available to respond to Town officials 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, on issues related to the Leased Premises, including, without limitation, maintenance and repairs, road closures, emergencies and utility work. The Contact Person shall be in possession of (or have immediate access to) at all times, copies of the last three (3) Annual Rent Statements and each Qualified Sublease then in effect. With reasonable frequency during the Pre-Occupancy Period, the Contact Person shall personally observe the Relocation Process and the progress of the Pre-Occupancy Work . At the Landlord’s reasonable request from time to time during the Pre-Occupancy Period, the Contact Person shall make himself or herself available to meet personally with the Town’s First Selectman in Westport to discuss issues related to the Relocation Process and progress of the Pre- Occupancy Work. Tenant shall provide to Landlord the Contact Person’s name, business office mailing address, e-mail address, daytime and evening telephone number(s) and such other means of contact as may be commonly adopted for use following the Effective Date and shall promptly give Landlord Notice of all changes in that information.

The Borrower hereby agrees to pay all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by any Lender in connection with any such designation or assignment.

  • Resignation of NCPS NCPS may resign and be discharged from the performance of its duties hereunder at any time by giving fifteen (15) business days prior written notice to the Broker and the Issuer specifying a date when such resignation shall take effect. Upon any such notice of resignation, the Broker and Issuer jointly shall appoint a successor NCPS hereunder prior to the effective date of such resignation. The retiring NCPS shall transmit all records pertaining to the Escrow Funds and shall pay all Escrow Funds to the successor NCPS, after making copies of such records as the retiring NCPS deems advisable. After any retiring NCPS’s resignation, the provisions of this Escrow Agreement shall inure to its benefit as to any actions taken or omitted to be taken by it while it was escrow agent under this Escrow Agreement. Any corporation or association into which NCPS may be merged or converted or with which it may be consolidated shall be the escrow agent under this Escrow Agreement without further act.

  • Contact Persons 12.1 All matters or enquiries regarding this Agreement will be directed to each party’s Contact Person (set out in the Key Details). 12.2 Each party may from time to time change the person designated as its Contact Person on 10 Business Days’ written notice to the other Party.

  • Website, Email Address and Toll-Free Number The Administrator will establish and maintain and use an internet website to post information of interest to Class Members including the date, time and location for the Final Approval Hearing and copies of the Settlement Agreement, Motion for Preliminary Approval, the Preliminary Approval, the Class Notice, the Motion for Final Approval, the Motion for Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and Class Representative Service Payment, the Final Approval and the Judgment. The Administrator will also maintain and monitor an email address and a toll-free telephone number to receive Class Member calls, faxes and emails.

  • Death, Resignation or Removal of Signing Officer Fund will file promptly with Service Company written notice of any change in the officers authorized to sign share certificates, written instructions or requests, together with two signature cards bearing the specimen signature of each newly authorized officer, all as certified by an appropriate officer of Fund. In case any officer of Fund who will have signed manually or whose facsimile signature will have been affixed to blank share certificates will die, resign, or be removed prior to the issuance of such certificates, Service Company may issue or register such share certificates as the share certificates of Fund notwithstanding such death, resignation, or removal, until specifically directed to the contrary by Fund in writing. In the absence of such direction, Fund will file promptly with Service Company such approval, adoption, or ratification as may be required by law.
