Designation of Launch Vehicle. 4.2.1 Buyer shall designate a Spacecraft's Launch Vehicle on or before [***] months prior to the Shipment Date for such Spacecraft, in which event the Contract Price shall be increased or decreased by the applicable amount specified in Paragraph 5.3. If, subsequent to the date that is [***] months prior to such Shipment Date, Buyer requests a change in the Launch Vehicle or Approved Storage Facility for such Spacecraft, such request shall be dealt with as a Change Order Request of Buyer under Article 29.

Designation of Launch Vehicle. 4.2.1 The designation of each Spacecraft's Launch Site shall be made by Buyer on such Spacecraft's "Delivery Site Designation Date", which date shall occur at least 12 months prior to the scheduled Delivery Date for such Spacecraft (and if such Launch Site differs from that upon which the Contract Price was determined under Paragraph 3.2, then the Contract Price shall be adjusted to account for any differences in costs between the requirements related to such Launch Sites).If, subsequent to such Delivery Site Designation Date, Buyer requests a change in the Launch Site or Approved Storage Facility for such Spacecraft, such request shall be dealt with as a Change Order Request of Buyer under Article 29 (the "Subsequent Delivery Site Change").

Related to Designation of Launch Vehicle

  • Distribution of Written Materials Any written materials distributed by the Trustee to the Beneficiaries pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as Holdings utilizes in communications to holders of Holdings Shares subject to applicable regulatory requirements and provided such manner of communications is reasonably available to the Trustee) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of the Partnership. The Partnership shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for purposes of communication, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense:

  • Documentation of Liquidation Upon the completion of the dissolution and liquidation of the Partnership, the Partnership shall terminate and the Liquidating Trustee shall have the authority to execute and record any and all documents or instruments required to effect the dissolution, liquidation and termination of the Partnership.

  • Provision of Multiple Services If the Sub-Advisor shall have provided both investment advisory services under subparagraph (a) and investment management services under subparagraph (b) of paragraph (1) for the same portion of the investments of the Portfolio for the same period, the fees paid to the Sub-Advisor with respect to such investments shall be calculated exclusively under subparagraph (b) of this paragraph 4.

  • Equipment, Etc Each Grantor shall, (i) within ten (10) days after a written request by the Administrative Agent, in the case of Equipment now owned, and (ii) following a request by the Administrative Agent pursuant to subclause (i) above, within ten (10) days after acquiring any other Equipment, deliver to the Administrative Agent, any and all certificates of title, and applications therefor, if any, of such Equipment and shall cause the Administrative Agent to be named as lienholder on any such certificate of title and applications. No Grantor shall permit any such items to become a fixture to real estate or an accession to other personal property unless such real estate or personal property is the subject of a fixture filing (as defined in the UCC) creating a first priority perfected Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Change of Name or Location of Loan Files The Servicer shall not (x) change its name, move the location of its principal place of business and chief executive office, change the offices where it keeps records concerning the Collateral from the location referred to in Section 13.2, or change the jurisdiction of its formation, or (y) move, or consent to the Collateral Custodian moving, the Required Asset Documents and Asset Files from the location thereof on the Closing Date, unless the Servicer has given at least 30 days’ written notice to the Administrative Agent and has taken all actions required under the UCC of each relevant jurisdiction in order to continue the first priority perfected security interest of the Administrative Agent as agent for the Secured Parties in the Collateral.
