Designation of Supervisors. Every employee has a right to know to whom they are directly responsible in the performance of their day-to-day working responsibilities. In the event that any employee is left in doubt about the identification of their immediate supervisor, they can ask the Human Resources Department to clearly identify and designate the responsible supervisor.

Designation of Supervisors. Every employee has a right to know to whom they are directly responsible in the performance of their day-to-day working responsibilities. In the event that any employee is left in doubt about the identification of their immediate supervisor, they can ask Human Resources to clearly identify and designate the responsible supervisor.
Designation of Supervisors. Prior to, or upon commencement of employment, a newly hired employee shall be advised of the name of the Supervisor to whom they are to report. The employee will be subsequently advised whenever there is a change to the Supervisor to whom they are to regularly report. In the absence of the regular Supervisor, the name of the Acting or Duty Supervisor shall be posted, or otherwise brought to employee's attention.

Right to Have a Union Xxxxxxx Present An employee shall have the right to have a Union Xxxxxxx present in any discussion that a supervisor advises will, or may, involve discipline of the employee. If a Union Xxxxxxx is not available, the discussion shall be postponed until such time as a Union Xxxxxxx can be present. In the event that the employee is involved in discussion with a supervisor and comes to the belief that the matter under discussion does or may involve discipline issues, the employee has the right to request that the discussions adjourn until a Union Xxxxxxx can attend at the discussions. Employee Personnel File In order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance, or to prepare for a pending arbitration, an employee shall, on reasonable advance notice, be entitled to review personnel file, in the presence of a University representative and in the in which the file is normally kept. The employee may be accompanied by a Union Xxxxxxx or other authorized representative of the Union. On request, the employee will be provided with a photocopy of any item contained within the file pertaining to the issue at hand. The employee shall not remove, deface or alter any materials contained in the file. Any disagreements about the accuracy of information contained in the employee's personnel file may be subject to challenge through the grievance procedure in this Agreement.

  • Designation of Beneficiary The depositor may designate a beneficiary or beneficiaries to receive benefits from the custodial account in the event of the depositor’s death.   • Designation The Executive shall designate a Beneficiary by completing and signing the Beneficiary Designation Form and delivering it to the Plan Administrator or its designated agent. Upon the acceptance by the Plan Administrator of a new Beneficiary Designation Form, all Beneficiary designations previously filed shall be cancelled. The Plan Administrator shall be entitled to rely on the last Beneficiary Designation Form filed by the Executive and accepted by the Plan Administrator prior to the Executive’s death.

  • Resignation of Representative A Representative may resign at any time by giving notice to the Company and all of the Holders of the Notes at least thirty (30) days before such resignation is to become effective. Upon the resignation of a Representative, a replacement shall be selected by the affirmative vote of Holders holding a majority of the Notes, measured by outstanding principal amount. If such Holders have not selected a replacement Representative within sixty (60) days following the effective date of the resignation, then Portal may, at any time, by giving notice to the Company and all of the Holders, designate a replacement Representative who shall not be related to or affiliated with Portal or the Company.

  • Consolidation of Committees The parties to this Agreement and to the Agreement concerning drug and alcohol testing and EAP between TWU Local 250A and the SFMTA may elect to combine the joint labor- management committee established here and in the Local 250A Agreement.
