During this period the Secretary, NZEI Te Riu Roa and APEX will meet to reach agreement on the options which are appropriate to the circumstances and will be available to surplus employees. The following options may be available: • Leave Without Pay • Retraining • Redeployment/Job Search • Redundancy Compensation (case by case basis).
