Determining your Excess Contribution. Excess contributions are the contributions to your IRAs for a year that equal the total of: 1.) Xxxxxxx contributed for the tax year to your IRAs that are more than your contribution limit for the year. 2.) Any excess contributions for the preceding year, reduced by the total of: a.) Any distributions out of your IRAs for the year, plus b.) Your contribution limit for the year minus your contributions to all your IRAs for the year. NOTE: Do not include amounts that are properly and timely rolled over from a Xxxx XXX or properly converted from a traditional IRA or rolled over from a qualified retirement plan, when determining your excess contributions.

  • Severance If any provision or part-provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part- provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement. If any provision or part-provision of this Agreement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the parties shall negotiate in good faith to amend such provision so that, as amended, it is legal, valid and enforceable, and, to the greatest extent possible, achieves the intended commercial result of the original provision.

  • Payment of Wages 28.1 All wages, allowances and other monies may be paid by electronic funds transfer which Employee(s) may request be split between up to two accounts.

  • Retirement Retirement" shall mean voluntary termination by the Executive in accordance with the Employers' retirement policies, including early retirement, generally applicable to their salaried employees.

  • Discipline Disciplinary grievances will be initiated at the level at which the disputed action was taken.

  • Wages A transferring employee will be paid in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Proposed Corrective Action Plan Simultaneously with the submission of the Audit, the Recipient will submit to OCR for its review and approval a proposed Corrective Action Plan to address all inaccessible content and functionality identified during the Recipient’s Audit. The proposed Corrective Action Plan will set out a detailed schedule for: (1) addressing problems, taking into account identified priorities, with all corrective actions to be completed within 18 months of the date OCR approved the Corrective Action Plan; (2) setting up systems of accountability and verifying claims of accessibility by vendors or open sources; and setting up a system of testing and accountability to maintain the accessibility of all online content and functionality on an ongoing basis.

  • Leave of Absence With respect to the Award, the Company may, in its sole discretion, determine that if you are on leave of absence for any reason you will be considered to still be in the employ of, or providing services for, the Company, provided that rights to the Restricted Shares during a leave of absence will be limited to the extent to which those rights were earned or vested when the leave of absence began.
