Development and Review of Collection Specifications. Contractor shall work with the Agency to develop standard specifications for Collection Container enclosures at Commercial and Multi‐Family Premises. These specifications shall be developed to ensure that the Collection Container enclosures are built to provide adequate space for and suitable configuration to allow Contractor to safely and efficiently service Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials Containers. Contractor’s designated representative or other appropriately qualified staff shall, upon request by the Agency’s Designated Representative, provide a review of plans for new Multi‐family and Commercial development or project design drawings. Contractor shall provide comments and recommendations resulting from the review in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of the documents for review. In each review report, Contractor shall comment on the acceptability of the proposed enclosure arrangements in terms of: (i) the adequacy of space for Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials Containers, (ii) the accessibility of the Containers for Collection including whether additional charges (e.g., push/pull, etc.) would apply, and (iii) ease of use by tenants.

These specifications shall be developed to ensure that the Collection Container enclosures are built to provide adequate space and suitable configuration to allow the Contractor to service Organic Materials, Recyclable Materials, and Solid Waste Containers safely and efficiently. Contractor’s Operations Manager or other appropriately qualified staff shall, upon request by the Authority Contract Manager, provide a review of plans for new Single-Family, Multi-Family, Commercial, or other development or project design drawings. Contractor shall provide comments and recommendations resulting from the review in writing within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of the documents for review. In each review report, Contractor shall comment on the acceptability of the proposed enclosure arrangements in terms of: (i) the adequacy of space for Organic Materials, Recyclable Materials, and Solid Waste Containers; (ii) the accessibility of the Containers for Collection including whether additional charges (e.g., Push/Pull Charges, lock/unlock charges) would apply; and, (iii) ease of use by Occupants.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.
