Authority Contract Manager. 1785 The Authority has designated staff, the Authority Contract Manager, to be responsible for the 1786 monitoring and administration of this Agreement. Contractor shall meet and confer with the Authority 1787 Contract Manager to resolve differences of interpretation and implement and execute the requirements 1788 of this Agreement in an efficient, effective, manner that is consistent with the stated objectives of this 1789 Agreement. 1790 From time to time the Authority Contract Manager may designate other agents of the Authority or 1791 Franchise Agencies to work with Contractor on specific matters. In such cases, those individuals should 1792 be considered designates of the Authority Contract Manager for those matters to which they have been 1793 engaged. Such designates shall be afforded all of the rights and access granted thereto. In the event of a 1794 dispute between the Authority Contract Manager’s designate and Contractor, the Authority Contract 1795 Manager’s determination shall be conclusive. 1796 In the event of dispute between the Authority Contract Manager and the Contractor regarding the 1797 interpretation of or the performance of Services under this Agreement, the Authority Contract 1798 Manager’s determination shall be conclusive except where such determination results in a material 1799 impact to the Contractor’s revenue and/or cost of operations. In the event of a dispute between the 1800 Authority Contract Manager and the Contractor results in such material impact to the Contractor, 1801 Contractor may appeal the determination of the Authority Contract Manager to the Authority Board of 1802 Directors, whose determination shall be conclusive. For the purposes of this section, “material impact” 1803 is an amount equal to or greater than thirty thousand dollars ($30,000).

  • Account Manager A designated Account Manager for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the State during the course of the Contract and shall act as the central point of contact. Billing Contact A designated Billing Contact for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Billing Contact will become the single point of contact between the Contractor and the Authorized User for matters related to invoicing, billing and payment.   • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager.   • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.
