Development Of A Training Program. Following proper consultation or through the establishment of a training committee, the Operator shall develop a training program consistent with: • The current future skill needs of the enterprise; • The size, structure and nature of the operations of the enterprise; and • The need to develop vocational skills relevant to the enterprise and the industry through courses conducted by accredited educational institutions and providers and/or on an in- house basis. Such training courses must be based upon the nationally accredited industry competency standards for the relevant employee.
