Device Handling Services. (a) Subject to Section 8.1, each SIG Party will be responsible for making its own arrangements to purchase SIG Party-Defined Devices from manufacturers or Device fulfillment vendors of its choosing (it being understood that with respect to any Device fulfillment vendor that is not already an authorized manufacturer or fulfillment vendor on the NewCo Network, such Device fulfillment vendor shall be required to comply with all NewCo policies then in effect with respect to the authorization of manufacturers or fulfillment vendors on the NewCo Network, provided that such policies are consistently applied across NewCo’s resale and direct operations).
