DG Facility Commissioning Testing. Applicant shall notify OEC in writing that installation of the DG Facility is complete, and that the interconnection equipment is available for testing by OEC at least fifteen (15) working days before Applicant interconnects the DG Facility with OEC’s Distribution System. OEC shall thereupon have the right to test the DG Facility. OEC shall also have the right to witness any testing by Applicant of the DG Facility. Any OEC testing of the DG Facility shall be completed within ten (10) working days. If OEC waives its right to test the installed DG Facility by notifying Applicant in accordance with this Section, Applicant may interconnect the DG Facility to OEC’s Distribution System upon the earlier to occur of the following: (a) notification by OEC; or (b) fifteen (15) working days after Applicant has notified OEC that installation of the DG Facility is complete.

Public Utility shall thereupon have the right to test the DG Facility. Public Utility shall also have the right to witness any testing by Applicant of the DG Facility. Any Public Utility testing of the DG Facility shall be completed within ten (10) working days. If Public Utility waives its right to test the installed DG Facility by notifying Applicant in accordance with this Section, Applicant may interconnect the DG Facility to Public Utility's Distribution System upon the earlier to occur of the following: (a) notification by Public Utility; or (b) five (5) working days after Applicant has notified Public Utility that installation of the DG Facility is complete. Applicant shall permit (and, if the land on which the DG Facility is located is not owned by Applicant, cause such land owner to permit) Public Utility's employees and agents to enter the property on which the DG Facility is located at any reasonable time for the purposes of inspecting and/or testing Applicant's DG Facility to insure its continued safe and satisfactory operation and the accuracy of Public Utility's meters. Such inspections shall not relieve Applicant from its obligation to maintain the DG Facility and any related equipment owned by Applicant in safe and satisfactory operating condition. Public Utility shall have the right to witness any testing by Applicant of the DG Facility.
DG Facility Commissioning Testing. Applicant shall notify DISCO in writing that installation of DG Facility is complete and that the interconnection equipment is available for testing by DISCO at least fifteen working days DISCO shall thereupon have the right to test the DG facility and ensure that DG facility fulfils the safety / quality standards in accordance with SOPs developed by Minister of Energy for approval / installation of net metering application / connection / system or any other requirement provided in the relevant law as the case may be before Applicant interconnects the DG Facility with DISCO's Distribution System. DISCO shall thereupon have the right to test the DG Facility. DISCO shall also have the right to witness any testing by Applicant of the DG Facility. Any DISCO testing of the DG Facility shall be completed within ten working days. After the testing which is to the satisfaction of both parties, the DG facility may be interconnected with the distribution system of DISCO to be witnessed by representatives of both parties within thirty eight days.

If Xxxx-Xxxxxxx waives its right to test the installed DG Facility by notifying Member in accordance with this Section, Member may interconnect the DG Facility to Xxxx-Xxxxxxx'x Distribution System upon the earlier to occur of the following: (a) notification by Xxxx- Xxxxxxx or (b) fifteen (15) working days after Member has notified Xxxx-Xxxxxxx that installation of the DG Facility is complete.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer’s installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. The ISO and Connecting Transmission Owner must be given at least five Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least fifteen (15) days written notice to the SLDC / ALDC / DISCOM as the case may be, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System. 4.1.2 Subject to Article 4.1.1, the Power Project may be synchronized by the Power Producer to the Grid System when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in the Grid Code and otherwise meets all other Indian legal requirements for synchronization to the Grid System. 4.1.3 The synchronization equipment and all necessary arrangements / equipment including Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) for scheduling of power generated from the Project and transmission of data to the concerned authority as per applicable regulation shall be installed by the Power Producer at its generation facility of the Power Project at its own cost. The Power Producer shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of GETCO / SLDC / ALDC and GEDA. 4.1.4 The Power Producer shall immediately after each synchronization / tripping of generator, inform the sub-station of the Grid System to which the Power Project is electrically connected in accordance with applicable Grid Code. 4.1.5 The Power Producer shall commission the Project within SCOD. 4.1.6 The Power Producer shall be required to obtain Developer and/ or Transfer Permission, Key Plan drawing etc, if required, from GEDA. In cases of conversion of land from Agricultural to Non-Agriculture, the commissioning shall be taken up by GEDA only upon submission of N.A. permission by the Power Producer. 4.1.7 The Power Producer shall be required to follow the Forecasting and Scheduling procedures as per the Regulations issued by Hon’ble GERC from time to time. It is to clarify that in terms of GERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 the procedures for Forecasting, Scheduling & Deviation Settlment are applicable to all solar generators having combined installed capacity above 1 MW connected to the State Grid / Substation including those connected via pooling stations.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner. 2.1.2 The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide the Interconnection Customer written acknowledgment that it has received the Interconnection Customer’s written test report. Such written acknowledgment shall not be deemed to be or construed as any representation, assurance, guarantee, or warranty by the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner of the safety, durability, suitability, or reliability of the Small Generating Facility or any associated control, protective, and safety devices owned or controlled by the Interconnection Customer or the quality of power produced by the Small Generating Facility.

  • System Upgrade Facilities Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Project Completion The Contractor agrees to schedule a final job walk with the County. If required, the County will prepare a list of incomplete items, the “Punch List”. The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. The County will sign the “Punch List” as completed when determined, the project is finished. The Contractor agrees to submit the following along with its final payment request:

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Contract Closure Contracting Officer shall give appropriate written notice to Purchaser when Purchaser has complied with the terms of this contract. Purchaser shall be paid refunds due from Timber Sale Account un- der B4.24 and excess cooperative deposits under B4.218.
