Diamond Level Accrual. If Distributor elects to defer the purchase or lease of a vehicle upon reaching the Paid-As-Rank of Diamond, the Distributor may accrue ₺3.200 per month toward the purchase or lease of a car for up to twenty-four months. Therefore, the Distributor may have a maximum of ₺87,600 available for the purchase or lease at the end of two years (₺3.200 per month, multiplied by twenty-four months is ₺76,800, plus the ₺10.800 down payment). If the Distributor does not purchase or lease a qualified car within twenty-five months from the Effective Date, this Agreement shall be terminated, and Distributor shall receive nothing. Distributor will accrue ₺3.200 each month he or she achieves Paid-As-Rank Diamond or above until opting for a car or the accrual deadline is met. The accrual amount per month will not change unless the Distributor qualifies for the Green Diamond level at which time the Distributor will be required to opt for a car. If Distributor reaches Paid- As-Rank Ruby or Emerald while enrolled in the Diamond level accrual the Distributor will accrue at the Ruby level (₺2.200 per month) for each month he or she remains below Paid-As-Rank Diamond. If the Distributor falls below Paid-As-Rank Ruby the Distributor will not accrue any payment that month.

  • Sound Level Company will take all reasonable measures to reduce to a minimum vibrations that may cause damage to any equipment, structure, building or portion of any building whether on the Premises, Common Use Areas, or located elsewhere on the Airport, and to keep the sound level of its operation as low as possible.

  • Performance Levels (a) The Performance Levels which apply to the performance by the respective Parties of their obligations under this Agreement are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5. A failure by either Party to achieve the relevant Performance Level will not constitute a breach of this Agreement and the only consequences of such failure as between the Parties shall be the consequences set out in this Clause 5.6.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • Vacation Accrual Rates Laid off employees who are re-employed shall have the vacation accrual rate they held immediately prior to layoff restored.

  • Maximum Vacation Accrual Employees may accrue vacation up to a maximum of two hundred forty (240) hours. An employee who has reached the maximum accrual level may continue to accrue vacation until his or her next anniversary date, at which time any vacation accrued in addition to the two hundred forty (240) hour maximum accrual will be extinguished. With the written approval of the appropriate Vice President, an employee may accrue more than two hundred forty (240) hours of vacation when he or she is precluded from taking a previously scheduled vacation because of University needs. Any such written approval will specify a timeline for the employee to use any excess vacation accrual, after which any excess vacation accrual will be extinguished.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • Maximum Accrual Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached. When an employee’s vacation reaches the maximum level, and if the employee has been denied vacation during the twelve (12) months, the employee will be paid for the time denied but no more than eighty (80) hours in a pay period.
