We will provide you with information about various payment options and, where applicable, payment assistance, in accordance with the Electricity Industry Code. (b) We are required by the Electricity Industry Code to identify situations where you may be experiencing difficulties in paying your bill. In such cases, we will offer you the opportunity to pay your bill under an instalment plan and provide you with information about various payment options and, where applicable, payment assistance, in accordance with the Electricity Industry Code.
