Conversion Services means the optional service provided by the Bank where, for the purposes of submitting compliant payment files for certain SEPA Payments, the Bank will convert payment files submitted by the Customer in the STD 18 format into the SEPA compliant ISO XML format prior to processing the payment file(s).

Conversion Services will mean a mutually agreeable schedule that Fidelity will provide services and instructions reasonably required for Customer to convert to and use the Services.

Seller will not be obligated to provide any Conversion Service for which Seller would be required to purchase, license or otherwise obtain new Software after the date hereof or for which a new license or amendment or modification to an existing license after the date hereof from a third party is required. The Company shall be solely responsible for obtaining all licenses required by the Company in order to allow the Company to utilize such Conversion Services.
