Giving Instructions. Only you can give us instructions about the Account. We can rely on instructions that you give us or that we reasonably believe you have given us. This includes instructions you give us by telephone (by speaking or pressing the number pads), fax, computer, mobile device or any other electronic method. You authorize us to accept these instructions, as if you gave us signed instructions in writing. Authorized Users are allowed to use the Card and Account: • to make transactions • report a Card or PIN lost of stolen • ask for a replacement Card and PIN • activate a supplementary Card and any replacement of the supplementary Card issued to the Authorized User if the Primary card on the Account has been activated • update the personal information we have for the Authorized User in connection with the Account, • initiate a balance transfer request • obtain, by telephone or otherwise, information about transactions made with the supplementary Card issued to the Authorized User • enrol the supplementary Card issued to the Authorized User in digital wallets, enter into agreements with us about enrolment of Cards in digital wallets and authorize us to share such Account information with the digital wallet providers as may be required to provide digital wallet services requested by the Authorized User. You authorize us to deal with Authorized Users, to accept and rely on their instructions described above and to disclose information described above to the Authorized Users. Authorized Users are not allowed to give other instructions for the Account, unless you expressly, in writing or otherwise, authorize us to accept such other instructions.
Giving Instructions. You must ensure that any Instruction submitted is complete and accurate. We are not required to verify the accuracy, authenticity or validity of any Instruction and will not monitor or reject Instructions on the basis that they are, or appear to be, duplicates. However, if we are in doubt as to the accuracy, authenticity or validity of an Instruction, we may refuse to act upon or defer acting upon any Instruction, or seek further information with respect to the Instruction. Instructions are irrevocable and therefore once an Instruction has been submitted you, or your Permitted Users, have no right to rescind or withdraw it without our written consent. Your Instruction is not deemed to be received by us until it has been received by our server. Our record of all Instructions will be conclusive and binding on you for all purposes.

Giving Instructions. The Bank shall act on instructions from the Customer or any authorized person. CRDB will act on instructions given in a document bearing the original signature of the Customer (or his authorized signatory). For Electronic Banking Services, the use of Access Code is evidence that a customer authorizes the instructions.
Giving Instructions. The Client and/or the Authorised Person(s) may give Instructions in relation to Transactions, Accounts or the Company's services to the Company via telephone, facsimile transmission, electronic means (including the Electronic Services) or other means of communication specified by the Company from time to time. If an Instruction is given in writing, the signatures of the Client and/or Authorised Persons shall comply with the signing arrangement and conform to the specimen signatures provided to the Company in the Account Opening Form (if provided) (the “Agreed Signing Arrangement”). In any event, the Client shall comply with such verification procedures and fulfil such other requirements as may be specified by the Company from time to time. If Instructions are by telephone or other means not accompanied by the signatures of the Client or Authorised Persons, the Company is entitled to rely upon and act in accordance with such Instructions by the Client or any one of the Authorised Persons singly and any Agreed Signing Arrangement will not apply. In all cases, the Company shall be entitled (but not obliged) to authenticate any Instruction given or purportedly given to the Company by the Client or by an Authorised Person and if the Company applies authentication measures, it may defer relying or acting upon any such Instruction until it is satisfied as to the outcome. The Company may at any time by notice to the Client revoke the Client’s ability to use a particular channel to give Instructions.
Giving Instructions. 9.1. The Bank shall act on instruction from the Customer or any authorized person. NMB will act on instructions given in a document bearingthe original signature of the Customer (or his authorized signatory). For Electronic Banking Services, use of Access Code is evidence that the instructions is authorized by a Customer.
9.2. The Customer agrees that the use of Access Code is adequate identification of a Customer. The Bank shall act on instructions provided using Access Code without obtaining any further written confirmation from a Customer.
9.3. Instruction must be given in writing, save for Electronic Banking Services. The Customer is responsible with ensuring the accuracy of all instructions given to the Bank.
9.4. All instructions once received by the Bank cannot be reversedandare binding to a Customer.
9.5. NMB at its discretion may, in some circumstance allow instructions to be given by telephone, email, facsimile transmission or other means of transmission, provided that there is evidence of communication and NMB’s procedures have been followed and an indemnity has been issued to that effect.
9.6. NMB may refuse to act on any instruction, if the instruction is not clear, or if NMB believes that; (i) doing so will contravene any applicable law or regulation or court/administrative order or; (ii) NMB reasonably believes that instructions may involve fraudulent or other series of criminal behavior.
Giving Instructions. Initial Authorised Persons Changing Authorised Persons
a. You may, by written notice, request to change the persons who are authorised to use the Account from those specified in your Application. We may at our discretion refuse your request if to do so may result in us breaching any Applicable Law.
b. We may act upon written orders or instructions (including electronic instructions) of any Authorised Person, or any person who appears to us to be an Authorised Person, despite the fact that the person may not be authorised. In particular, we are entitled to act on any orders or instructions transmitted using your user name, Account number, user ID or password.
c. You agree to indemnify us against all losses, costs, expenses or damages which we may suffer or incur as a result of any error in any order or instruction given by an Authorised Person or as a result of our acting on any order or instruction of any Authorised Person or any person who appears to us to be an Authorised Person. Once you submit your instructions on the Trading Platform (i.e. you submit your order), you irrevocably authorise us to act on those instructions, if we accept those instructions in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. We will only act within the parameters of your or your Authorised Person’s instructions. We will not act on a discretionary basis on your behalf, unless permitted by these Terms and Conditions. We may require instructions from you in respect of any transaction or proposed transaction and, if we do, you must promptly provide us with that information. If you do not, we may, in our absolute discretion take all such steps at your cost as we consider necessary or desirable for our or your protection. But this does not detract from your responsibility to keep yourself informed at all times as to the key dates and events affecting your Securities. We may also, although we are not obliged to, require your written confirmation of any order or instruction:
a. if any instruction is to close an Account or remit money to you; or
b. otherwise, if it appears to us that confirmation is necessary or desirable. Subject to clause 6.8, any order or instruction you send by internet will only be deemed to have been received, and will only then constitute a valid instruction, when it has been recorded as accepted and confirmed by us to you. Giving Instructions. 2.1 Dealing instructions should be provided to us on the relevant forms that are available from your usual contact and must be signed by you before we can carry out your instruction:
(i) Any instruction to purchase an Investment should be made on the Investment Instruction Form. Your first instruction of this kind must be attached to the Application;
(ii) Any instruction to switch an Investment should be made on the Switch Instruction Form;
(iii) Any instruction to sell an Investment should be made on the Redemption Instruction Form.
2.2 Instructions to sell an Investment may also be provided directly to the iInvest Contact Centre in writing (by post or facsimile) or by telephone. We will act as custodian to your assets and provide you with our Custody Services in accordance with this Agreement and the Terms.
2.3 To enable us to process a Transaction instruction, you must provide the following information: Purchase – The full Investment name, the total monetary amount (including the value of any fees) you wish to use to purchase Units and the settlement currency of your payment;

You are solely responsible for accurately entering any Instruction, including (but not limited to) describing or identifying the receiving User and all the necessary information of the receiving User in order to enable us to carry out any Instruction. WALLEX is not responsible for confirming such information, or for monitoring or refusing to process duplicate Instructions. If you give an Instruction that is incorrect, you agree that WALLEX may charge your bank account or Account for the payment whether or not the error could have been detected by WALLEX. WALLEX is not obligated to detect errors in the Member's Instruction. Your Instructions shall be irrevocable and unconditional and shall be binding on you, and such Instructions may be acted or rely upon by us irrespective of any other circumstances. As such, once you give any Instruction, you shall not rescind or withdrawn such Instructions without our consent. Your Instructions shall not be considered to be received by WALLEX until they have actually reached WALLEX’ central system successfully. Additionally, WALLEX’ records of all Instructions will be conclusive and binding on you for all purposes.
