Direct Discussion. If a dispute arises out of or relates to this Agreement, the parties shall endeavor to settle the dispute through direct discussion.

Direct Discussion. In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising out of or relating to this Option Agreement (a "Dispute"), the Parties involved in such Dispute shall use their best efforts to settle such Dispute. To this effect, senior management of the parties involved shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith to attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both Parties. Any dispute which cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days may be submitted to binding arbitration as provided below.
