Direct Project Expenses. Charges for printing, reproduction, use of computer-aided design equipment, field equipment, and any laboratory analysis performed by the ENGINEER, and the use of the ENGINEER's and employee's automobiles will be included in the Lump Sum Price or charged in accordance with the ENGINEER's standard rates as determined in each purchase or task order.
Direct Project Expenses. Unless otherwise specifically stated in an approved task order, charges for printing, reproduction, use of computer-aided design equipment, field equipment, and any laboratory analysis performed by the CONSULTANT or its subconsultants or its subcontractors, and the use of the CONSULTANT’s and employee’s automobiles shall be identified in an approved task order. The City shall not be responsible for payment of any other direct project expenses. All direct project expenses shall be billed at cost to the City and the CONSULTANT shall not mark-up or charge an administrative fee in addition to the direct cost for such expenses.

Direct Project Expenses. Direct Project expenses related to the development of the Project are Project costs and are not included within the scope of this contract, but in no event shall such expenses include any allocation of Consultant’s office overhead. Owner will reimburse Consultant for all extraordinary costs that are above and beyond those costs normally associated with services provided under contracts of this type.
