Direct Service Hours Sample Clauses

Direct Service Hours. (DSH) refers to a measure in minutes that a clinician spends providing Client services. DSH credit is obtained for providing mental health, case management, medication support and a crisis intervention service to any Client open in IRIS which includes both billable and non-billable services.

Direct Service Hours. In the event that the CONTRACTOR does not provide a minimum of 1,800 Vehicle Revenue Hours of directly operated Get About service in any calendar month, PVTA may deduct from sums due the CONTRACTOR the amount of $10.00 per Vehicle Revenue Hour for each Vehicle Revenue Hour less than 1,800 provided in any month.
