Disability Determination Services Division. (DDSD) Joint Labor Management Committee (Unit 1) The State and the Union agree to continue a joint/labor management committee (JLMC) to discuss issues of mutual concern in a problem solving context regarding work performed by Disability Evaluation Analysts (DEA’s) who work in the Disability Determination Services Division (DDSD) of the California Department of Social Services (CDSS). The State and the Union shall each be entitled to select a maximum of four (4) representatives. The Co-Chairs of the JLMC shall be one (1) committee member selected by the Union and one (1) committee member selected by the State. The State and the Union shall select its own representatives. Upon mutual agreement, subject matter experts may be invited to attend the meetings and contribute to the discussions. JLMC members and employee subject matter experts shall serve without loss of compensation. The JLMC agrees to meet at least once semi-annually. The JLMC, by mutual agreement, shall determine its meeting schedule, ground rules and agenda. The Co- Chairs shall finalize the agenda a minimum of fourteen (14) days in advance of the meeting. JLMC meetings shall not be considered contract negotiations and shall not be considered a substitute for the grievance procedure. The Union shall provide the State with any information requests a minimum of fourteen (14) days in advance of the meeting. The State shall respond to the information requested before each scheduled meeting date. The JLMC shall discuss specific and ongoing issues such as:

  • CFR PART 200 Termination Termination for cause and for convenience by the grantee or subgrantee including the manner by which it will be effected and the basis for settlement.   • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. If we terminate this Agreement, we may notify any participating merchants making preauthorized debits or credits to any of your accounts that this Agreement has been terminated and that we will not accept any further preauthorized transaction instructions. Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination.

  • Benefit Termination Any employee terminating employment shall be entitled to receive the District insurance contribution for the remainder of the calendar month in which the contribution is effective.   • Vendor’s Termination If TIPS fails to materially perform pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Vendor shall provide written notice to TIPS specifying the default (“Notice of Default”). If TIPS does not cure such default within thirty (30) days, Vendor may terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, for cause. If Vendor terminates this Agreement for cause, and it is later determined that the termination for cause was wrongful, the termination shall automatically be converted to and treated as a termination for convenience.

  • Program Termination In the event the Utility’s Electric Security Plan (“ESP”) or Market-Rate Offer is terminated prior to the end of this agreement, this agreement shall automatically terminate.
