Common use of Disability of the Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Disability of the Superintendent. Consistent with paragraph 21 hereof, if the Superintendent is incapacitated from rendering services required of him under this Contract, by reason of sickness, disability, or other reason beyond her control, the Board may elect to terminate the Superintendent’s employment and this Contract, at which time all obligations of the Board to the Superintendent shall cease.

Disability of the Superintendent. Consistent with paragraph 21 23 hereof, if the Superintendent is incapacitated from rendering the services required of him her under this Contract, Contract by reason of sickness, disability, disability or other reason beyond her control, the Board may elect to terminate the Superintendent’s employment and this Contract, at which time all obligations of the Board to the Superintendent shall cease.

Consistent with paragraph 21 hereof, if the Superintendent is incapacitated from rendering services required of him under this ContractIf, by reason of sickness, disability, disability due to illness or other reason beyond her controlincapacitation, and consistent with paragraph 14 hereof, the Board may elect to terminate the Superintendent’s employment and this ContractAgreement, at which time all obligations of the Board to the Superintendent shall ceasecease except benefits which are to continue into retirement as per paragraph 11.

Consistent with paragraph 21 25 hereof, if the Superintendent is incapacitated from rendering the services required of him his under this Contract, Contract by reason of sickness, disability, disability or other reason beyond her his control, the Board may elect to terminate the Superintendent’s employment and this Contract, at which time all rights, responsibilities and obligations of the Board to and the Superintendent under this Contract shall cease.
