Disabled. If an employee becomes disabled with the result that he is unable to carry out the regular functions of his position, the Hospital may establish a special classification and salary with the hope of providing an opportunity of continued employment.
Disabled. For purposes of this Agreement, "Disabled" means Executive being unable to perform the principal functions of his duties due to a physical or mental impairment, but only if such inability has lasted or is reasonably expected to last for at least six months. Whether Executive is Disabled shall be determined by the Committee based on evidence provided by one or more physicians selected by the Committee.
Disabled. As used herein, "Disabled" shall mean a mental or physical impairment which in the reasonable opinion of a qualified doctor selected by the Company renders Executive unable to perform with reasonable diligence the ordinary functions and duties of Executive on a full-time basis in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, which inability will continue in the reasonable opinion of such doctor for a period of not less than 180 days.
Disabled. Disabled" shall mean Officer is receiving, or is currently entitled to receive pursuant to a determination made by Company, benefits under Company's long-term disability plan, if any.
Disabled. For purposes of this Agreement, Executive shall be deemed to be "disabled" when, in the reasonable judgment of the Employer, he is unable to perform substantially all of the duties by reason of him in connection with his employment hereunder required of physical or mental illness or of injury for ninety (90) consecutive days.
Disabled. Disabled" shall have the same meaning as that term is given under the Officer Agreement.
Disabled. You are “disabled” for the purposes of this Agreement, if you have been absent from the full-time performance of your duties with Staples for six (6) consecutive months because of incapacity due to physical or mental illness, and, within thirty (30) days after being sent a written Notice of Termination, you fail to resume performance of your essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Disabled. The Participant’s inability to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of a medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or to be of long-continued and indefinite duration.
Disabled. A person who receives Social Security Disability, Worker’s Compensation for Permanent Total Disability, and/or disability payments through any other official state or federal disability program.
Disabled. For purposes of this Agreement, “Disabled” shall mean Executive being unable to perform the essential functions of Executive’s then existing position or positions under this Agreement with or without reasonable accommodation. If any question shall arise as to whether during any period Executive is Disabled so as to be unable to perform the essential functions of Executive’s then existing position or positions with or without reasonable accommodation, Executive may, and at the request of the Company shall, in accordance with all applicable laws, submit to the Company a certification in reasonable detail by a medical provider as to whether Executive is so Disabled. If such question shall arise and Executive shall fail to submit such certification, the Company’s determination of such issue shall be binding on Executive.
