DISABLED AND FURLOUGHED. When new employees are required by the Company, disabled employees and employees who have been furloughed due to lack of work and who are applicants for employment will be given preference in employment over new outside applicants if qualified to perform the available work. The Company has no obligation to notify such employees of any such vacancies.
