Discharge or Suspension Procedure. Except in the case of Article 14.01 above, the following procedure shall apply before any employee is dismissed or suspended for cause: (a) When the Corporation has dismissed or suspended an employee under this section, a letter must be forwarded to the employee within five (5) working days of his dismissal or suspension, with a copy to the Union, stating the cause for the dismissal or suspension. (b) Letters of warning, suspension, dismissal or exoneration nature shall be forwarded, to the following: 1. One (1) to the employee, 2. One (1) to the Union President
