DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS AND PROCEDURES. No regular employee shall be disciplined without just cause and due process. For purposes of this Article, “just cause” shall require that no employee shall receive a written reprimand, be suspended without pay or terminated without just cause. If a question as to just cause exists, it may be resolved by submission to binding arbitration pursuant to the provision of Article 27. The City acknowledges the right of the employee to request a representative of the Association to be present at any interview where the employee reasonably believes that discipline may result from the interview.

  • Disciplinary Actions Disciplinary Actions and Appeals shall be governed by SP&P, TSHRS regulations and TSHRS Disciplinary Action Policy 7G.l.

  • Record of Disciplinary Action (a) The Employer agrees not to introduce as evidence in a hearing relating to disciplinary action, any document from the file of an employee, the existence of which the employee was not aware at the time of filing.
