Disciplinary Leave. [a] In lieu of dismissal for an action other than wilful misconduct, the employer and employees' representative may agree to direct the employee concerned on disciplinary leave. Such leave shall be without pay and shall be for a period of not less than one (1) working day and not more than 20 working days. [b] This option may only be exercised once in any 12 month period for an individual employee.
