Dayworkers. 26.1.1(a) Employees must be paid time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter for all time worked on a Saturday.
26.1.1(b) Employees required to work on Sundays must be paid at the rate of double time for all time worked on a Sunday. The minimum payment for time worked on Sunday must be four hours.
Dayworkers. In making transfers from job to job within a department, or daily transfers out of the department, the Company will transfer the least senior employee from the standpoint of seniority from the group of dayworkers (i.e. labor grade and classification) selected by the Company from which the transfer is to be made. If the least senior employee in the group selected cannot perform the job satisfactorily to which the transfer is to be made, the Company may then transfer the next least senior employee from the group who can perform the job satisfactorily. When dayworkers are to be temporarily assigned to a production job on any given day when vacancies must be filled, the Company shall ask the most senior qualified employees from the group of dayworkers (ie: labor grade and classification) selected by the Company assigned to the department and who are readily available in the immediate work area.
Dayworkers. [a] The ordinary hours of work shall be an average of 38 hours each week, Monday to Sunday, worked on no more than 5 consecutive days as set out in sub-clause 10.3. The spread of hours will not exceed 12 hours, set by agreement between the company and appropriate employee[s] between a range of from 5.00am and 6.00pm. [b] Where ordinary time is worked on a Saturday, a pay rate equivalent to time and one half [T1½] of the ordinary pay rate will be paid for all ordinary time worked and for ordinary time worked on a Sunday, a pay rate equivalent to time and three quarters [T1¾] of the ordinary pay rate. [c] An employee shall not be required to work more than five hours without an unpaid meal break for lunch except six hours may be worked without a break for a meal by agreement between the employer and appropriate employee[s]: [i] Where employees are working in accordance with the provisions of subclause 10.3[b][ii]; or [ii] Where a casual or part-time employee is engaged to work no more than 6 hours in any one day. [d] Any overtime worked by a dayworker shall be paid at the rate of double time.
Dayworkers. 26.4.1 When taking Long Service leave it will be debited on an hour for hour basis.
Dayworkers. Except as provided elsewhere the ordinary hours of work for Day Workers shall not exceed 7.6 hours in any one day, or 38 hours in any one week Monday to Friday inclusive.
Dayworkers. All time worked by Day Workers outside the ordinary hours fixed in accordance with Clause 4.1.1 shall be paid for at the rate of time and a-half for the first three hours on any one day Monday to Friday inclusive, and at the rate of double time thereafter:
4.4.2.1 Provided that overtime worked on a Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of time and a-half for the first three hours and double time thereafter, with a minimum of three hours' work.
4.4.2.2 Provided that overtime worked on a Sunday shall be paid for at the rate of double for all hours worked, with a minimum of three hours' work.
Dayworkers. 33.7.1.1 Long Service leave shall be exclusive of public holidays prescribed by this agreement.
Dayworkers. (a) Subject to (c) below, the ordinary hours of duty for a Dayworker shall be thirty-eight (38) hours per week, worked on any days, Monday to Friday between 0600 hours and 1800 hours.
(b) The ordinary hours may be worked as a 7.6 hour day over 20 days (4 weekly duty cycles) or 8 hour day over 19 days in a 4 weekly duty cycle, where such arrangements already apply, and may be extended by mutual agreement.
(c) The ordinary hours may be worked within a 152 hour, 4 week cycle, subject to the Consultative Provisions in this Agreement.
(d) The maximum number of rostered hours per shift for Dayworkers shall be no more than 12 hours.
(e) Overtime for Dayworkers is time worked above the rostered hours which includes any time worked outside 0600 hours to 1800 hours, Monday to Friday unless roster by mutual agreement between the Employee and Pacific National.

Dayworkers. Except where otherwise provided in this agreement for all work done outside ordinary hours, the rate of pay will be time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter, such double time to continue until completion of the overtime worked.
