Disciplinary Meetings and Investigations. In disciplinary investigations or meetings, an employee shall be afforded all Constitutional rights customarily associated with the Xxxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx cases. A Union representative shall be present during any disciplinary interview or meeting, which could reasonably be expected to lead to disciplinary action unless specifically waived by the employee. Employees shall have the right to choose which Xxxxxxx will represent them provided the Xxxxxxx is able to be present within a reasonable period of time.

  • Disciplinary Meetings In the event a meeting is held for disciplinary purposes, the affected employee shall have the right to have a Union xxxxxxx and/or Union representative present.

In cases of immediate suspension or discharge, the supervisor will meet with the Xxxxxxx and employee prior to the employee being required to leave the facility. However, neither the refusal of the Union Xxxxxxx to participate nor their unavailability shall abridge the Employer's right to take disciplinary action.
