A Disciplinary Plan clause outlines the procedures and standards for addressing employee misconduct or performance issues within an organization. Disciplinary Plan. The Charter School shall maintain a safe and disciplined learning environment for students and teachers and shall implement and utilize the discipline program set forth in Schedule 24. In no event shall the Charter School expel or involuntarily transfer a student from the Charter School except in compliance with applicable law, including, without limitation, IC 20-33-8-19, IC 20-33-8-21, and IC 20- 33-8-22.
Disciplinary Plan. Prior to the start of the school, each school will develop a building disciplinary plan that all parties will follow in dealing with disciplinary action of students. It will include classroom and building procedures that teachers and administrators shall follow which insures strong discipline and due process for students. These procedures shall incorporate and be consistent with guidelines in the Student Rights and Responsibilities Handbook (SRRH).
