DISCIPLINE AND ILLNESS. No Employee who is under the care of a doctor and is following the prescribed course of treatment shall be dismissed or disciplined for physical or mental illness. In such cases, the provisions of Article 15 will apply to an Employee who is unable to perform the duties of his/her position.
