DISCIPLINE/DISCHARGE. A. Dismissal, suspension and/or any other disciplinary action shall be only for just and stated causes, which shall be given to the employee in writing, with a copy furnished to the President, and a copy sent to the Association Office. The employee shall have the right to defend themselves against any and all charges. Among the causes which shall be deemed sufficient for dismissal, suspension and/or other disciplinary action are the following:
