Discipline of Staff. 1. a. No teacher will be disciplined, reprimanded, reduced in rank or compensation or involuntarily transferred as the result of an unsatisfactory rating without just cause. This does not diminish the Board's present authority under Section 3012 of the Education Law in respect to the employment of non-tenured teachers.
