  • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.

  • RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION (a) We must request your distributor to reconnect your premises if, within 10 business days of your premises being disconnected:

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT Based upon network availability, OFMTC High-Speed Internet Service is a “best efforts” service that can provide Downstream speeds ranging from 1 Mbps to 100 Mbps, based upon the package selected by Customer. The actual speeds experienced by customers may vary and depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, customer location, destination on the Internet, traffic on the Internet, interference with a high frequency spectrum on the customer’s telephone line, and other devices that may be attached to the same cable pair. No minimum level of speed is guaranteed.

  • Termination due to Force Majeure 13.5.1 If the Force Majeure Event or its effects continue to be present beyond the period as specified in Article 4.5.3, either Party shall have the right to cause termination of the Agreement.
