Disciplinary Procedures The employing authority should ensure that all employees are aware of the disciplinary rules and procedures that apply. All employees should also be aware to whom they can apply if they are dissatisfied with any disciplinary decision. Administrative Procedures Administrative procedures with respect to the sale of Notes shall be agreed upon from time to time by the Agents and the Company (the "Procedures"). RECOVERY PROCEDURES The nature and severity of any disaster will influence the recovery procedures. One crucial factor in determining how BellSouth will proceed with restoration is whether or not BellSouth's equipment is incapacitated. Regardless of who's equipment is out of service, BellSouth will move as quickly as possible to aid with service recovery; however, the approach that will be taken may differ depending upon the location of the problem.

Enrollment Procedures The District shall establish an open enrollment period each year for unit members to participate in the Catastrophic Leave Bank. The enrollment period shall be September 1 through December 1. Once a unit member becomes a participant in the Catastrophic Leave Bank, he/she shall not be required to reenroll each year.
DISCIPLINE PROCEDURES The discipline procedure may be initiated only within twenty (20) Days of the date the President or Vice-President (Academic and Research) knew, or ought reasonably to have known, of the occurrence of the matter giving rise to discipline. The Employer shall have the right to request, in writing to the Union, an extension of ten (10) Days. The Union shall not unreasonably reject the Employer’s request.
Withdrawal Procedures Upon the withdrawal of the privileges of this Agreement, the Resident shall vacate the Room within the time frame given, and deliver to the Manager vacant possession of the Room together with all of the furnishings, fixtures, appliances and telephone of the Residence, and the furnishings and fixtures shall be in good condition, with reasonable wear and tear excepted. The Resident will follow the Move-out Procedures explained in section 3.02 of this Agreement and all additional directions communicated by the Manager.
