Workplace harassment does not include the reasonable exercise of management rights, such as the performance management or attendance management of an employee by his or her supervisor or manager. Where, within twenty-five (25) work days of becoming aware of a workplace issue as described herein, an employee refers the matter to a process other than the grievance procedure, and if the employee subsequently chooses to initiate a grievance, the grievance shall be filed no later than twenty-five (25) work days after the date on which he/she became aware of the outcome of the process. Nothing herein is intended to alter time lines set out in any process outside of this Collective Agreement.
