Discussion Conference. Any employee feeling he/she has a complaint to justifiably grieve, shall request a conference with the immediate supervisor within ten (10) days of when the problem came to his/her attention. The supervisor shall informally discuss the problem with the employee within five (5) days of the request for a conference.
